I spent years achieving, accommodating, and managing life by putting everyone else first and disconnecting from my own needs.
It was a coping strategy forged early on in a chaotic, unpredictable family dynamic: if I stayed perfect, helpful, and small, I stayed safe.
But part of me always knew there was more to me … and that the life I’d created and the role I’d learned to play could NEVER make me truly happy. Parts of me were TIRED of being ignored!
Reclaiming my life meant unlearning chronic self-abandonment from the inside out.
I learned to listen to my body, embrace my sensitive, neurodivergent mind as a superpower, and heal the inner child who believed love had to be earned.
That deep inner reclamation became the blueprint for my coaching work.
Today, I help other women shed their survival identities, heal old attachment wounds, and step boldly into the sovereign, authentic lives that wait for them on the other side!
